Lorway acts for emerging and mid-sized privately-owned companies, as well as larger public companies. He has also advised investors, producers, distributors and regulators within the oil and gas and green energy sectors, including provincial electricity markets.
Lorway's expertise includes mergers and acquisitions, asset and share purchase transactions, corporate governance, software licensing, professional services agreements, privacy, security and day-to-day operations and corporate matters.
