Aird & Berlis Partners Recognized as 2023 IP STARS

We are proud to share that three of our intellectual property lawyers have been recognized in the 2023 edition of IP STARS, Managing Intellectual Property’s guide to the world's leading IP firms and practitioners. Timothy Lowman and Ken Clark are recognized as Trademark Stars and Amy Grenon is recognized as a Patent Star.

Timothy Lowman is head of the firm’s Intellectual Property Group. He is a Certified Specialist in Civil Litigation by the Law Society of Ontario as well as a registered Canadian Trademark Agent, a Certified Arbitrator and a Certified Licensing Professional. Tim has more than 40 years of experience as counsel in a broad range of intellectual property litigation matters, including patent, trademark, copyright, professional errors and omissions, trade secrets, invention ownership, product liability and employment law claims.

Ken Clark is a Certified Specialist in Intellectual Property Law (Patent, Trademark and Copyright) and a registered Canadian Trademark Agent. Ken’s practice focuses primarily on intellectual property law enforcement, with a particular interest in mass copyright enforcement. He has a background in engineering and broad experience as a barrister and solicitor in IP, technology and energy law matters.

Amy Grenon is a strong litigator with significant experience representing clients on a broad range of intellectual property matters for clients across industries, with a particular emphasis on complex interjurisdictional IP litigation. She has represented various life sciences clients in patent infringement and impeachment actions, as well as proceedings under the Patented Medicines (Notice of Compliance) Regulations.
