Kimberly McManus and Tony Sabeta Recognized in 2026 IAM Strategy 300

Kimberly McManus is Co-Leader of the firm's Intellectual Property Group and a registered Patent Agent in Canada and the United States. Kimberly has extensive experience in drafting and prosecuting patent and design applications, preparing patentability, infringement, validity and freedom-to-operate opinions, providing worldwide strategic patent and design portfolio management and conducting due diligence in patent and design valuations. Her practice focuses on the areas of chemistry, pharmaceutics, medical devices, aerospace and aeronautics, energy and mining.

Tony Sabeta is a registered Patent Agent in Canada and the United States. He represents clients in a variety of high-technology industries and has prepared, prosecuted and secured patents in computer and electrical areas. Tony also advises clients on other intellectual property matters, including patent portfolio acquisition and management, patent portfolio licences, joint development agreements, freedom-to-operate opinions, patentability opinions, infringement opinions and validity opinions, including litigation support.
