Michael Goldberg is a member of the firm's Private Client, Tax and Trusts & Estates Groups. He advises privately owned Canadian corporations on domestic and international tax planning, including in connection with corporate reorganizations and restructurings.

Steven Graff is Co-Leader of the firm's Restructuring & Insolvency Group and a member of the Financial Services and Litigation & Dispute Resolution Groups. His practice focuses on restructuring and insolvency, lending, and corporate acquisitions and divestitures, often in the context of distress. He also advises on a wide range of financing transactions and manages a commercial litigation practice.

Francesco Gucciardo is Co-Leader of the firm's Tax Group and a member of the Mergers & Acquisitions Group. He has extensive experience in the areas of corporate mergers, acquisitions, reorganizations and divestitures, divisive reorganizations, structured finance, income funds, REITs, structuring Canadian inbound investment, private equity investment, structuring executive compensation plans, partnership agreements and joint ventures. 

Sanjeev Mitra is Co-Leader of the firm's Restructuring & Insolvency Group and a member of the Financial Services Group. He advises financial institutions and large organizations facing highly complex crises and disputes. He also acts for receivers, trustees in bankruptcy and court-appointed officers in matters involving both commercial and consumer insolvency. He has provided advice in connection with restructurings across a broad range of industries.

Kyle Plunkett is Co-Leader of the firm's Restructuring & Insolvency Group and a member of the Banking & Finance and Financial Services Groups. His insolvency and restructuring practice encompasses both the litigation and commercial aspects of turnarounds, reorganizations, liquidations, security enforcement, receiverships and plans of arrangement in the context of formal and informal restructuring proceedings.

Manjit Singh is Co-Leader of the firm’s Tax Group. Her practice includes tax planning and advising on tax aspects of reorganizations and restructurings, acquisitions, divestitures, mergers, inbound and outbound structuring, takeovers, privatization, securitization, going public transactions, financing, securities offerings, private placements and executive compensation. 

Miranda Spence is Co-Leader of the firm’s Litigation & Dispute Resolution Group and a member of the Financial Services Group. She maintains a broad litigation practice with an emphasis on general commercial, restructuring and insolvency disputes. She appears regularly before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, including the Commercial List and the Bankruptcy Court, and has appeared as counsel at all levels of the Ontario courts.
