Aird & Berlis Welcomes New Associate Laura Harrison

We are pleased to announce that Laura Harrison has joined the firm as an associate and member of our Financial Services Group.

Laura advises on banking and finance matters, helping clients negotiate and execute financing arrangements that support their business objectives. She approaches each matter by closely assessing its legal and transactional requirements, combining analytical thinking with a strong understanding of the commercial realities facing her clients.

Laura represents financial institutions, private lenders, privately held businesses and larger corporate groups on debt financing and related transactions. She advises on secured and unsecured financings, bilateral and syndicated loans, project financings and cross-border transactions. Laura's clients operate in a variety of sectors, including mining, real estate, agriculture and other commercial industries.
