The group is led by Jennifer Shayko, a recognized leader in Canada’s franchise bar. Her unique combination of corporate, litigation and in-house experience, including nearly a decade as Associate General Counsel at Recipe Unlimited Corporation, gives her a deep, practical understanding of franchise operations and regulatory frameworks.
