Jennifer Shayko to Speak at Franchise Law Day

On September 17, 2026, Jennifer Shayko will speak at the Canadian Franchise Association’s Franchise Law Day, hosted at the Old Mill in Toronto.
Jennifer will present a session titled “Essential Legal & Case Law Update: What Changed, What Matters & What’s Next,” examining significant legal and case law developments affecting the franchising sector over the past year, including key decisions, legislative changes and emerging issues for franchise systems.
Jennifer is the Leader of our Franchising Group.
