Josh is a member of the firm’s Capital Markets, Financial Services, Corporate and Mergers & Acquisitions Groups. His
practice focuses on corporate/commercial law with an emphasis on corporate
governance, mergers and acquisitions, and equity and debt financing. Josh works
with startups, large private companies, investors, lenders and financial
institutions to support their development and success. He assists clients of
all sizes across a variety of sectors, including financial services, technology,
healthcare, and food and hospitality services.
