Forest Gate Completes Acquisition of Two Toronto Properties
Forest Gate Advisors Inc. (“Forest Gate”), a real estate private equity, private debt and advisory investment firm, completed the acquisition of 189 Cedarvale Avenue and 4875 Dundas Street West. The Toronto-based properties collectively comprise 134 apartment units. Located in the Danforth-Woodbine neighbourhood, 189 Cedarvale Avenue consists of 78 apartment units, and 4875 Dundas Street West, located in the Kingsway neighbourhood, consists of 56 apartment units.
