Lenny is a pragmatic practitioner who provides business-focused solutions to large real estate developers across Canada. He has earned a reputation as a consummate dealmaker and as someone who, through his sense of humour and diplomatic approach, invariably brings matters to a successful conclusion.
Lenny is a member of the firm’s Real Estate Group. His practice focuses on project development, financings, acquisitions and dispositions, joint ventures and other complex commercial real estate issues for Canada’s leading developers. He also represents public and private companies, REITs, builders, lenders, landlords and tenants in commercial, industrial and mixed-use projects.
Lenny also works with other members of the firm on real estate-related matters, including merger and acquisition transactions, secured lending transactions, reorganization of real estate portfolios, project development and real estate litigation.
Lenny has previously instructed the Canadian Bar Association (Ontario)’s Bar Admissions Course and has lectured for the Law Society of Ontario.
