Champignon Brands Completes $15 Million Bought Deal Private Placement
Aird & Berlis advised Champignon Brands Inc., a ketamine clinic operator, psychedelic medicine IP aggregator and novel drug discoverer, in connection with its $15 million bought deal private placement. The net proceeds of the offering are intended to be used for Champignon’s North American clinical expansion program and for general working capital purposes.
