Martin Henderson is recognized in the Securities, Commercial, Municipal Law and Aboriginal areas. Martin’s practice involves the negotiation, litigation and resolution of commercial disputes, the avoidance and determination of conflicts with governments and Indigenous Nations, and protecting his clients’ rights in environmental disputes.
Timothy Lowman is recognized in Intellectual Property. Tim is a Certified Specialist in Civil Litigation by the Law Society of Ontario and has more than 40 years of experience as counsel in a broad range of commercial and intellectual property litigation.
Chris Matthews is recognized in Commercial Litigation. Chris handles a broad range of disputes, including securities, product liability, forestry regulation, auditing and accounting, information technology, and matters involving issues of confidentiality and fiduciary duty.
Steve Tenai is recognized in the Government and Regulatory, Commercial and Class Action areas. Fiona Brown represents clients in litigation arising out of the employment relationship, including wrongful and constructive dismissal litigation and matters before the Ontario Human Rights Tribunal and the Ontario Labour Relations Board.
Brian Chung maintains a general corporate and commercial litigation practice, and frequently represents clients involved in disputes relating to real estate, municipal, construction and quasi-criminal regulatory matters.
Pavle Levkovic focuses on construction arbitration and litigation. He works on complex construction disputes and advises clients across the construction spectrum, including owners, contractors, design professionals and sureties.
Mark van Zandvoort practises a broad range of corporate, commercial and financial services litigation. He has extensive experience litigating disputes involving contract, fraud and other torts, negligence and allegations of oppression.
