Ken’s practice focuses primarily on intellectual property law enforcement, including copyright, patents and trademarks, and related areas such as internet law.
Ryan Evans is a member of the firm's Intellectual Property and Litigation & Dispute Resolution Groups. He handles enforcement and infringement cases and has extensive experience in patent, trademark and design, copyright and trade secret matters.
Jacqueline (Jack) Goslett is Co-Leader of the firm’s Financial Services, Banking & Finance and Venture Finance Groups. Her practice focuses on banking and corporate/commercial law, with an emphasis on domestic and cross-border lending transactions, including syndicated credit facilities, senior and subordinated/mezzanine financings, asset-based lending and venture capital/private equity investments.
Donald Johnston is Co-Leader of the firm's Technology Group and a member of the Corporate, Privacy & Data Security, Intellectual Property and Energy Groups. He has diverse experience in technology matters of all kinds, including IP, mergers and acquisitions, procurement, privacy/data protection and health law, as well as advising on matters related to technologies such as blockchain and autonomous vehicles.
Timothy Lowman is Co-Leader of the firm's Intellectual Property Group and a member of the Litigation & Dispute Resolution Group. He is a Certified Specialist in Civil Litigation by the Law Society of Ontario as well as a registered Canadian Trademark Agent, a Certified Arbitrator and a Certified Licensing Professional.
Kaitlin Soye is a member of the firm’s Intellectual Property and Litigation & Dispute Resolution Groups and a Co-Leader of the firm's Life Sciences Group. She represents a broad range of clients, including pharmaceutical, life sciences, technology and telecommunication companies, specifically with regulatory and IP litigation needs.
Stephen Zolf is Co-Leader of the firm's Communications & Media Group, Competition, Antitrust & Foreign Investment Group and Sports & Entertainment Group. He advises clients operating in the communications and digital media sector in areas including public policy, the legislative framework governing foreign streaming services in Canada and foreign ownership restrictions in the media and telecom sectors.
