Thar Process Completes US$10 Million Non-Brokered Private Placement
On September 20, 2019, Thar Process, Inc. completed a US$10 million private placement of unsecured convertible notes. Thar intends to use the net proceeds to build out various processing facilities in Pennsylvania, New York and Colorado, and for working capital and general corporate purposes.
Thar is a U.S.-based provider of CO2 extraction and purification solutions for the hemp and cannabis industries. Thar’s proprietary technology, research and development, and toll process services complement its expertise in bench to production-scale equipment.
