Maritime Resources Corp. Completes Non-Brokered Private Placement

Maritime Resources Corp. (TSXV: MAE), a Canadian gold mining and exploration company, closed a non-brokered private placement of common shares.

The net proceeds of the offering will be used by Maritime Resources to fund costs and drilling associated with the Hammerdown Gold Project, as well as for working capital and general corporate purposes.
