Lorne Park Completes Loan Facility for Up to $15 Million With CWB Maxium Financial Inc.

Lorne Park Capital Partners Inc. (TSXV:LPC) entered into a secured loan facility, through its wholly-owned subsidiary, for up to $15 million with CWB Maxium Financial Inc. The proceeds of the loan facility will be available for potential future acquisitions and general working capital purposes. Lorne Park was created to bring together boutique investment management and wealth advisory firms in order to deliver robust, cost effective investment solutions to affluent investors, foundations, estates and trusts.
