Haywood Securities Inc. Leads Syndicated Private Placement for MineHub Technologies

Represented Haywood Securities Inc. and a syndicate of agents in connection with the subscription receipt financing of MineHub Technologies Inc. and related go-public transaction on the TSX Venture Exchange. MineHub Technologies Inc., an open, enterprise-grade platform for digital trade, bringing efficiency, security and responsibility to mining and metals supply chains, completed a brokered and non-brokered subscription receipt financing for aggregate gross proceeds of $10,119,350. The brokered private placement was led by Haywood Securities Inc., along with a syndicate of agents including BMO Nesbitt Burns Inc., Canaccord Genuity and Red Cloud Securities Inc. The subscription receipts were issued pursuant to MineHub’s go-public transaction on the TSX Venture Exchange.
