Aird & Berlis Welcomes Partner Matthew Hibbert
Aird & Berlis is pleased to announce that Matthew Hibbert has joined the firm as a partner and member of the firm’s Corporate/Commercial Group.
Matthew has over two decades of experience advising on complex corporate and commercial matters. From mergers and acquisitions to joint ventures and reorganizations, Matthew provides strategic advice clients can leverage to achieve their objectives. He has extensive expertise in commercial agreements related to supply, distribution, manufacturing and promotion.
Matthew advises a range of public and private companies, including startups, in various regulated industries. He has a strong background in the food and beverage sector, including specialized expertise in alcohol regulatory matters.
Prior to joining Aird & Berlis, Matthew was a partner and former Head of the Business Law Department at an international law firm, where he also co-chaired two practice groups. He also has experience serving as General Counsel for a company in the industrial goods sector.
