We are pleased to welcome Michael Rosenbloom and Wesley Graham to the firm. Michael is a partner in our Corporate, Mergers & Acquisitions and Venture Finance Groups. Wesley is an associate in our Corporate, Mergers & Acquisitions and Indigenous Practice Groups.
Michael advises companies at every stage of growth, from emerging and venture-backed businesses to established private and public entities.
Michael works with a broad range of clients across diverse industries, including technology, fintech, e-commerce, retail and consumer products, and mining. His experience includes advising on mergers and acquisitions, strategic investments, venture financings and divestitures, as well as equity capital markets transactions such as SPAC IPOs and PIPEs. Michael also provides guidance on general corporate matters, including contract negotiation, governance considerations and ongoing business matters, helping clients address day-to-day corporate needs as their businesses evolve.
Wesley maintains a broad corporate practice with an emphasis on mid-market mergers and acquisitions.
Wesley acts for private companies, founders and investors on both buy-side and sell-side transactions, as well as minority investments and partial or full exits. He advises clients across all stages of a deal, from structuring and due diligence through to negotiation and closing, and has experience supporting corporate reorganizations. Wesley's work also includes advising Indigenous economic development corporations and community-owned entities on growth initiatives such as acquisitions, joint ventures, investment structures and governance frameworks.
