Michael is a member of the firm's Corporate, Mergers & Acquisitions and Venture Finance Groups. He works with a broad range of clients across diverse industries, including technology, fintech, e-commerce, retail and consumer products, and mining. Michael's experience includes advising on mergers and acquisitions, strategic investments, venture financings and divestitures, as well as equity capital markets transactions such as SPAC IPOs and PIPEs. He also provides guidance on general corporate matters, including contract negotiation, governance considerations and ongoing business matters, helping clients address day-to-day corporate needs as their businesses evolve.
