Wesley maintains a broad corporate practice with an emphasis on mid-market mergers and acquisitions. He also works at the intersection of corporate and Indigenous law, advancing initiatives that align with long-term community growth and economic development. Wesley works closely with clients to achieve their objectives, applying careful attention to detail, sound commercial judgment and a steady, focused mindset to execute deals in high-pressure environments.

Wesley is a member of the firm's Corporate, Mergers & Acquisitions and Indigenous Practice Groups. He acts for private companies, founders and investors on both buy-side and sell-side transactions, as well as minority investments and partial or full exits. His work also includes advising Indigenous economic development corporations and community-owned entities on growth initiatives such as acquisitions, joint ventures, investment structures and governance frameworks.
