The Green Organic Dutchman Holdings Ltd. Closes Marketed Public Offering of Units
The Green Organic Dutchman Holdings Ltd. (CSE:TGOD), completed a marketed public offering 12,707,500 units of the company (“Units”), at a price of $0.40 per Unit. Each Unit will consist of one common share in the capital of the company and one common share purchase warrant. The offering was completed pursuant to a prospectus supplement dated December 19, 2022, to the company's short form base shelf prospectus dated November 27, 2020.
