MERIT Announces Establishment of Canadian Subsidiary
On February 11, 2025, MERIT, a global leader in clinical trial endpoint and technology services, announced the launch of its wholly owned subsidiary, MERIT CRO CANADA (MERIT CANADA).
By expanding into Canada, MERIT seeks to capitalize on Toronto’s thriving technology sector, the country’s business-friendly tech environment and its strategic proximity to the United States, enabling more efficient collaboration with North American clients and partners.
