KIN Capital’s New Equity Arm Makes Debut Investment

KIN Capital Partners Inc.’s (“KIN”) new equity platform with Israeli-based Mivtach Shamir Holdings Ltd. (“MISH”) made its debut investment in an 11.6 acre site at 3300 Rutherford Road in Vaughan. The site is specifically designed as a large scale master-planned community to increase the supply of housing and affordability in the Greater Toronto Area (“GTA”). 

Aird & Berlis LLP represented KIN on the structuring of the equity platform and its debut investment with a team that included Nili Goldman (Real Estate) and Sean Mason (Corporate).
