Aird & Berlis Advises in $115 Million Sale

A private international investment fund managed by Northam Realty Advisors Limited completed its $115 million sale of twin office buildings located in the Greater Toronto Area. Combined, the buildings included over 375,000 square feet of class A office space.

Aird & Berlis advised Northam Realty Advisors Limited on the sale with a team including Neill Kalvin and Gobind Ahuja.
