Shaun is a practical and solution-orientated advocate. With a
background in research and drafting, he applies both an analytical and creative
lens to addressing his clients’ legal challenges. In fast-paced restructuring
mandates, Shaun is able to see the big
picture and manages immediate concerns while keeping broader goals in mind.
Shaun is a member of the firm’s Financial Services Group. He
is experienced in complex matters, ranging from insolvency proceedings and
fraud to commercial disputes. In his insolvency practice, Shaun acts for
debtors, financial institutions, creditors, court officers and other insolvency
professionals.
Shaun is the Vice President of the Ontario Bar Association’s Insolvency law section. His work has been published in the Journal of the Insolvency Institute of Canada and the Canadian Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Professional’s Rebuilding Success magazine.
