Jasmine’s land use planning experience gives her unique insight into municipal and planning matters. She regularly appears on behalf of homeowners, developers and municipalities before administrative tribunals, including the Ontario Land Tribunal. She also appears before the Ontario courts.

Jasmine is a member of the firm’s Municipal & Land Use Planning Group. She advises on all aspects of the Ontario Planning Act, Municipal Act, 2001, and other development-related statutes. Her excellent understanding of the evolving legal landscape and stakeholders’ needs allows her to effectively advance the land development process.

Jasmine spent several years as a land use planner in the firm’s Municipal & Land Use Planning Group. She also summered and articled at the firm. After completing her articles, Jasmine clerked for the Honourable Justice Catherine M. Kane of the Federal Court.

Jasmine is a member of the firm’s Diversity & Inclusion Committee.
