Jasmine C. M. Fraser

Jasmine’s previous experience as a land use planner provides her with unique insight into municipal and planning matters and administrative decision-making. She has an excellent understanding of the needs of various stakeholders, which allows her to effectively advance the planning process. Jasmine advises public and private sector clients ranging from homeowners to municipalities to large-scale developers.

Jasmine is a member of the firm’s Municipal & Land Use Planning Group. She advises on all aspects of the Ontario Planning Act, including through all stages of the land development process, and appears before the Ontario Land Tribunal (formerly the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal).

Jasmine spent several years as a land use planner in the firm’s Municipal & Land Use Planning Group. She also summered and articled at the firm. After completing her articles, Jasmine clerked for the Honourable Justice Catherine M. Kane of the Federal Court.
