Jasmine’s prior experience in land use planning gives her an unique insight into municipal and planning matters. She has an excellent understanding of the needs of various stakeholders, which allows her to effectively advance the planning process.

Jasmine is a member of the firm’s Municipal & Land Use Planning Group. She advises on all aspects of the Ontario Planning Act, including through all stages of the land development process, and regularly appears before the Ontario Land Tribunal. Jasmine advises public and private sector clients, including homeowners, developers and municipalities.

Jasmine spent several years as a land use planner in the firm’s Municipal & Land Use Planning Group. She also summered and articled at the firm. After completing her articles, Jasmine clerked for the Honourable Justice Catherine M. Kane of the Federal Court.

Jasmine is a member of the firm’s Diversity & Inclusion Committee.
