Jaclyn is a member of the firm's Financial Services Group. She acts for debtors, lenders and court-appointed officers in connection with mandates under the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act and the Companies' Creditors Arrangement Act. She also represents clients in various debt enforcement and recovery matters. Jaclyn works with companies across a wide range of industries, including retail, technology, food and beverage, pharmaceuticals, logistics and construction.
