Dasha is a member of the firm’s Litigation & Dispute Resolution Group and Workplace Law Group. Her practice focuses on civil and commercial litigation, professional liability, constitutional litigation and compliance and risk solutions. She works with a variety of companies and organizations on various employment-related matters, such as drafting contracts and policies. She also has experience with unionized environments, including labour issues.
Dasha has appeared as counsel before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Ontario Divisional Court, the Ontario Court of Appeal and as co-counsel at the Supreme Court of Canada in Her Majesty the Queen v. Gerard Comeau in 2017.
