Dasha is a confident and compassionate litigator with a focus on labour and employment law. As a member of the firm’s Litigation & Dispute Resolution, Workplace Law, and Sports, Media & Entertainment Groups, her practice focuses on various employment and labour-related matters, such as drafting contracts and policies, grievances and collective bargaining, as well as civil and commercial actions involving employment disputes. She also has experience with human rights-related matters. Dasha regularly advises clients with respect to accessibility issues in the workplace, and frequently conducts policy, ethical and statute-driven investigations for a wide range of clients.
Dasha has appeared as counsel before a variety of courts and tribunals in Ontario, including the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Ontario Divisional Court, the Ontario Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court of Canada.
As a former Canadian national team athlete, two-time Pan American champion and long-time athlete advocate and trusted sport advisor, Dasha assists athletes and artists, as well as the organizations that champion them with a focus on governance. She brings the same level of focus and competitive energy to helping her clients meet their business objectives.
