Danielle strives to bridge the gap between the law and the practical realities of her clients’ businesses. Drawn to a career in civil litigation, by the opportunity to be a life-long learner, Danielle keeps current on applicable laws and regulations to help her thoroughly understand and address her clients’ diverse challenges and issues.

Danielle Muise is a member of the firm's Litigation Group. Danielle’s practice focuses on civil litigation, with an emphasis on corporate and commercial matters. She has acted in commercial, competition, construction, municipal, and real property matters.

She regularly attends at the Superior Court of Justice and Small Claims Court, and has appeared before the Court of Appeal.

Danielle summered and articled at Aird & Berlis before returning as an associate in 2016.

Representative Matters

Represented a municipality in having two complex claims, which arose in the context of a municipal infrastructure project and which were brought before an Adjudicator in accordance with the Construction Act, R.S.O., 1990, c. C.30, dismissed.
