Andrea is a partner within the firm’s Municipal & Land Use Planning Group. She has a diverse practice providing advice and representation to a number of municipalities as well as to developers and individual landowners. Andrea advises and represents clients in connection with planning applications and appeals, expropriation proceedings, environmental and regulatory matters, and other municipal-related issues.

She regularly appears before administrative tribunals, including Committees of Adjustments, the Ontario Land Tribunal (formerly the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal) and the Board of Negotiation. She also appears before the Ontario courts. 

This diversification within Andrea’s specialty is a foundation of her professional competence and expertise, and underscores the successes that she has achieved on behalf of her clients.

Andrea serves as the Chair of the firm’s Diversity & Inclusion Committee. She is responsible for developing and implementing firm strategies around diversity and inclusion initiatives. She acts as a resource and advocate for lawyers and staff in respect of diversity and inclusion issues.
