Aaron remains engaged throughout the life of a lease, providing practical guidance on key provisions, day-to-day operational issues and solutions that mitigate risk and support broader business objectives.
Aaron draws on his in-house and private practice experience, having advised landlords, tenants, developers, property managers and public-sector organizations on complex leasing, property management, real estate and development matters across Canada. Prior to joining Aird & Berlis, Aaron held legal roles with Metrolinx and Centrecorp Management Services Limited (now North American Development Group), Tim Hortons and an Ontario law firm, where he negotiated and managed a broad range of agreements, supported major real estate portfolios and partnered with cross-functional teams to advance strategic initiatives.
