National Instrument 51-101 - Standards of Disclosure for Oil and Gas Activities - mandates disclosure requirements for reporting issuers carrying out oil and gas activities. NI 51-101 also establishes certain non-mandatory disclosure that reporting issuers may choose to make regarding their oil and gas activities. Amendments to this instrument have been adopted and will come into force on July 1, 2015
