Eileen Costello Elected to Board of Directors of The Bentway Conservancy
Congratulations to Eileen Costello on her appointment to the
Board of Directors of The Bentway Conservancy.
The Bentway Conservancy is a unique public space and cultural
organization in Toronto that reimagines the area beneath the Gardiner
Expressway through art, programming and civic engagement. It fosters
connections between diverse communities and transforms urban infrastructure
into a vibrant civic destination.
Eileen joins the Board as Jane Pepino concludes her tenure, continuing
a legacy of civic-minded leadership that has supported The Bentway Conservancy’s
mission and impact. Eileen brings a deep understanding of city building and
community engagement to her new role. Her work advising on land development and
heritage conservation, combined with her active involvement on several
non-profit boards, reflects a strong commitment to shaping inclusive and
sustainable urban spaces.
The firm is also proud to be a member of the Gardiner
Corridor Alliance, a collaborative initiative established by The Bentway Conservancy
in 2024 to support thoughtful development and stewardship of the Gardiner
Expressway corridor.
