John Mascarin Co-Authors Annotated Ontario Building Code Act, 2026 Edition

We are pleased to share that John Mascarin has co-authored the latest edition of Annotated Ontario Building Code Act, now available from LexisNexis Canada.
Co-authored with Jeffrey Levitt, former counsel with the Legal Services Branch of the Ontario Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing, this well-received and highly recommended title is endorsed by the Ontario Building Officials Association. It provides comprehensive legal resources for the Building Code Act, 1992, as well as the 2012 and 2024 Ontario Building Codes.
John is a partner at Aird & Berlis LLP and a member of the Municipal, Land Use Planning & Development Group. He is also Co-Leader of the Municipal Accountability Group.
