Aird & Berlis is pleased to announce that Kyle Genga has joined the firm as a partner and member of our Real Estate Group.
Kyle is a practical, results-oriented lawyer with more than 25 years of commercial real estate experience. He has worked on many landmark transactions throughout his career and is highly regarded for his strong technical expertise and business acumen.
Kyle has extensive experience advising clients on the purchase, sale, financing and leasing of commercial, industrial and mixed-use properties. He is also skilled at structuring real estate investment vehicles, such as co-tenancies and limited partnerships. Kyle represents a range of clients, including lenders, borrowers, owners, developers and multinational organizations.
Kyle is repeatedly recognized for his expertise in Property Development, Property Leasing and Banking and Financial Institutions.
