Aird & Berlis is pleased to announce that Jacob Dubelaar has joined the firm as a partner and member of our Real Estate Group.
Jake is dedicated to providing exceptional client service on routine and complex commercial real estate transactions. He combines his technical expertise with a pragmatic, solutions-focused approach, and offers thoughtful advice that is sensitive to the specific needs of his clients and the matter at hand.
Jake's practice focuses on the acquisition and disposition of commercial real estate involving a number of asset classes and transaction structures, including portfolio and share transactions. He also advises clients on limited partnerships and co-ownership arrangements, financings and land transfer tax matters.
Jake has extensive experience acting on behalf of several of Canada’s leading real estate investment firms, developers and operators.
