Lorenzo Lisi has been named a Hall of Fame Inductee and Alex Kagan and Dasha Peregoudova have been listed as Top 5 Lawyers Under 40. This recognition highlights their outstanding contributions to advancing employment law practice, workplace investigations and human rights in Canadian workplaces.
Lorenzo Lisi is Leader of the firm's Workplace Law Group. He has practised exclusively in the area of labour and employment law for more than 30 years, representing employers on all areas touching labour and employment law, both provincially and federally. His expertise spans the broad spectrum of workplace law, whether it be defending employers against employee claims or dealing with a unionized workplace.
Alex Kagan is a Partner in the firm’s Workplace Law and Litigation & Dispute Resolution Groups. He assists employers in defending a variety of employment and labour claims, as well as drafting and implementing employment agreements and various workplace policies. Alex also applies his expertise in employment and labour to various corporate transactions.
Dasha Peregoudova is a Partner in the firm’s Workplace Law, Litigation & Dispute Resolution, and Sports, Media & Entertainment Groups. Her practice focuses on various employment and labour-related matters, such as drafting contracts and policies, grievances and collective bargaining, as well as civil and commercial actions involving employment disputes. Dasha also has experience with human rights-related matters.
