11th Annual IBA London Finance and Capital Markets Virtual Tax Conference
Jack Bernstein is pleased to be chairing the IBA Finance and Capital Markets Tax Conference for the 11th consecutive year. The six-day event, which kicks off on January 17 and runs until March 4, 2022, will be held virtually.
Many hot international tax topics will be covered in sessions such as:

- Updates on U.S. Tax Reform
- Updates on EU Measures and Developments

The sessions feature more than 85 highly-regarded professional, government and industry speakers from organizations such as the OECD, HM Treasury, Macquarie Group, The Investment Association, Vodafone and News Corp. Aird & Berlis Tax Group Leader Francesco Gucciardo is one of the esteemed panellists presenting on “The International Tax Aspects of ‘de-SPACing,’” while Aird & Berlis Tax Group member Clifford Rand will participate in the panel discussion about “Transfer Pricing: Anticipating and Responding to New Challenges.”
