$100 Million Purchase and Servicing Agreement with Chartered Bank

A corporation in the business of providing loans to finance the payment of insurance premiums entered into a purchase and servicing agreement with a chartered bank. The agreement specifies a purchase limit of $100 million. 

As counsel to the chartered bank, Jill Fraser negotiated and structured various intercreditor and other priority agreements.
