Maritime Resources Corp. (TSXV: MAE), a gold mining & exploration company, completed a non-brokered private placement of flow-through units and non-flow-through units. Maritime Resources issued a total of 56,896,662 units, 20,141,662 flow-through units at $0.12 each and 36,755,000 non-flow-through units at $0.10 each.
