Greenway Greenhouse Cannabis Corporation Commences Trading on the Canadian Securities Exchange
On September 21, 2021, Greenway Greenhouse Cannabis Corporation (the “Company”) commenced trading of its common shares on the Canadian Securities Exchange under the symbol “GWAY” (the “Listing”). In connection with the Listing, the Company filed a long-form non-offering prospectus with the Ontario Securities Commission for the purposes of becoming a reporting issuer pursuant to applicable securities legislation in the Province of Ontario.
The Company focuses on the cultivation of high-quality greenhouse cannabis through lean, high-margin cultivation methods for the Canadian market.
