Acquisition of a Privately-Held Lumber Company

Aaron Collins, Aarondeep (Aaron) S. Bains, Jacqueline (Jack) Goslett and Amy Marcen-Gaudaur Aird & Berlis acted as Ontario counsel in connection with the acquisition of a privately-held regional lumber company. The transaction involved the simultaneous closing of a large credit facility with a major Canadian bank, which included a term loan and an asset based revolving credit facility. Aird & Berlis represented the purchaser with a team that included Aaron Collins, Aaron Bains, Jacqueline Goslett, Amy Marcen-Gaudaur and Tyler Brent.
