Trevor is a litigator who is drawn to the people-driven nature of dispute resolution and the strategic challenges it presents. He takes a thoughtful approach to each matter, focusing on understanding the facts, pressures and objectives that shape a client’s position. Trevor brings strong research, analytical and drafting skills to his work, enabling him to advocate for practical, well-reasoned outcomes.
Trevor is a member of the firm’s Litigation & Dispute Resolution Group. He advises on a broad range of general and commercial litigation, including corporate, contractual and other business-related matters. Trevor works with clients to help them manage risk and resolve disputes at all stages of litigation, including strategy development, negotiations and court proceedings.
Trevor joined the firm as an associate after articling and working at the Enforcement Division of the Ontario Securities Commission.
