Taraneh is a member of the firm's Corporate Services Department. She assists with all aspects of corporate law, including incorporations, amendments, amalgamations, continuances, and dissolutions under the Canada Business Corporations Act and the Business Corporations Act (Ontario). Taraneh has experience preparing corporate reorganization documentation and drafting share provisions. She is also responsible for the ongoing maintenance of corporate records within the firm's corporate database. In addition, Taraneh supports lawyers with corporate due diligence, remedial and annual maintenance matters, extra-provincial registrations and transaction closings.
