Sally is a paralegal in the firm’s Corporate Services
Department. She handles a wide range of corporate matters, including
incorporations, amendments, dissolutions, share transactions and
reorganizations. Sally also manages annual maintenance and ongoing corporate
compliance under the Business Corporations Act (British Columbia), the Canada
Business Corporations Act and extra-provincial corporate legislation. In
addition, Sally assists with business name registrations, limited partnerships,
extra-provincial registrations and conducting corporate record reviews. She prepares and
maintains corporate records and filings for private companies.
