Rachel is a skilled problem solver who leverages her in-house experience and commercial expertise to devise pragmatic solutions for clients. Having practised law in Canada and the United States, she is well-placed to advise on cross-border financings and commercial transactions.

As Counsel in the firm’s Financial Services Group, Rachel advises lenders, borrowers and other commercial entities on complex debt and financing transactions. She has broad experience in the financial services industry, and is proficient at adapting to the unique needs of her clients.

Prior to joining Aird & Berlis, Rachel was Senior Legal Counsel at the Bank of Montreal.
