Rachel is a member of the firm’s Real Estate Group. She works with property managers, landlords, tenants, borrowers and investors, as well as private and institutional lenders, on transactions spanning multiple asset classes and property types. Rachel advises on acquisitions, dispositions, commercial leasing and development matters. Her practice also includes real estate financing on both the lender and borrower sides, as well as the structuring of joint ventures, strategic alliances and partnerships.
