Racheal summered at the firm in 2025. She earned a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Ibadan, Nigeria, graduating with Honours. Prior to moving to Canada, Racheal practised law in Nigeria for seven years. She worked as an associate at two full-service law firms in Nigeria, advising clients on a broad range of corporate, commercial and energy matters, including corporate governance, compliance, transactional and regulatory matters. She later served as the office head at a law firm in Nigeria's capital city. Racheal also earned a Master’s degree in Oil and Gas Law at the University of Aberdeen in Scotland, graduating with commendation. Upon moving to Canada, Racheal obtained her Certificate of Qualification from the National Committee on Accreditation. Before joining Aird & Berlis as a summer student, Racheal worked at the firm as a Legal Assistant (Floater), where she supported various lawyers in the Corporate, Labour & Employment, Real Estate and Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice groups. Outside of work, Racheal enjoys cooking, spending time with her family, long walks and amateur photography.
