Department. She is well-versed in the nuances of the Canadian legal system and
specializes in incorporations, amalgamations, dissolutions and corporate
reorganizations. Pamela is proficient in conducting minute book reviews,
preparing corporate filings, and drafting share
redemptions and documents relating to purchase and sale share transactions.
She also has extensive experience with provincial and federal not-for-profit
organizations, extra-provincial registrations and the ongoing maintenance of
corporate records.
